Any window that opens poses a risk of accidental falls and fitting a window restrictor reduces that risk. Window restrictors allow the opening of a window to be restricted which is useful from both a security view point and the safety of residents within a property particularly children. This restrictor arm gives a maximum of 100mm s worth of opening allowing rooms to be ventilated while keeping the windows child safe to prevent accidents. There are three variations available.

When window is open window is securely restricted in three positions. Flex safety restrictors can be fitted to all window sections and materials that are both inward and outward opening.
