Either way the appealing feature for me is the grip print texture on the palm. I found them somewhat large so i would suggest ordering your normal size. If i m interpreting the label correctly 98 merino wool 2 elastane the glove itself is pure merino wool and the grip print accounts for the synthetic component. Two thin but exceptionally warm gloves with high merino content designed for aerobic activity. But i love the grip dots on the first finger and thumb i can use it in most of my normal everyday activities as it easily grips most things. Quantum gloves untested.

September 9 2020 i have yet to wear these gloves much as it is still summertime here and i haven t been out camping since getting them but so far they fit nice and feel like they are good quality. Reviewed in the united states on january 16 2016 love the fabric feeling the fitting. I use them in weather around the low 40s without any other glove and find they keep my hands reasonable warm.
