Jeep Grand Cherokee Door Lock Noise

I have a grand cherokee laredo with power locks.

Have removed and replaced the accuator door lock assembly for that side. 2000 wj join date. The passenger side lock makes a clicking sound when i try to use the master lock on the driver s side. However the power door lock on the passenger side does not work either.

The hatch is stuck on lock. 2000 jeep grand cherokee passenger side door lock will lock but not unlock. I have a 1999 jeep cherokee and the power door locks don t work anymore. When you try to use the switch it makes a loud buzzing or screeching noise.

There is no key entry for the hatch either. Cannot get into the hatch or the hatch window at all. Post 1 of 3 old 12 05 2010 07 45 pm thread starter. The rear passenger door does not unlock at all.
